Servicing Buyers and Sellers came naturally to me, my prior career was retail management for Marshall’s. One of my earliest opportunities was servicing Freddie Mac ROE properties. Having the ability to incorporate my prior business experiences and my passion for Real Estate was a perfect match for my skills, with plenty of detail work and dealings with the corporate world.
Reinventing myself is something I have much success with. I focused my Real Estate career working with Buyers and Sellers in the Newburyport Market and was a top agent for many years. The challenge of finding the right house for a specific Buyer or assisting a Seller to position themselves to obtain the highest and best price was something I loved to do.
In 2012 I took a position to be a trainer, mentor and transaction coordinator and worked for a few agents but one agent used much of my time and resources, Robert Bentley. With sales of 31.2 million dollars in 2013 Robert knew he had to build a Team and he did. My new position of team manager officially started in January 2014, quickly we had five team members plus Robert. Mentoring new agents is something I enjoy and seeing their successes is personally rewarding.
May 2016, Robert Bentley and Alissa Christie formed BENTLEY’S, an ultra modern Real Estate company, my position changed from Team Manager to managing every aspect of running a successful Real Estate company. My commitment has never changed or my passion to see a NEW agent accomplish success with their career. My favorite saying is “what can I do to make you day better today?”
