Early in his career he acted as a Broker's assistant and office manager facilitating over $75 Million in residential Real Estate, which set the foundation for his unparalleled experience and knowledge.
For several years Jonathan worked in recruiting and training for a large real estate organization. Directly working with agents on business development, sphere heading the new hire and new agent on-boarding process and streamlining agent’s business practices via education and business coaching. He quickly recognized what was right about our industry and focused his attention there when he became a Sales agent and his business flourished.
Jonathan returned to working directly with buyers and sellers in the spring of 2017, as he found this is his true passion and who better to educate than his clients. In July of 2018 Jonathan partnered with BENTLEY’S, LLC. Making this move has truly Elevated Jonathan’s Business and clients’ experience just as the slogan suggests.
