I entered into the world of real estate in 2013 after leaving corporate america in pursuit of helping people more effectively through real estate. My first role was Director of Operations for an independent company who I helped to grow and become an extremely successful franchise. My next role was as VP of Sales and Marketing, assisting agents across the company ensure they could be successful in creating great relationships with clients.

Kevin is a graduate of Londonderry High School and Merrimack College, in addition to holding two graduate degrees.  He is the proud parent of four, furry, four legged children; three of which he has adopted through rescue organizations.  Abbie is the sweetest southern belle from Tennessee, Aiden is from Arkansas and so he has bit of a twang in his bark, Jackson is from Georgia and despite his 100 lbs, is the youngest and the “baby” of the family, and last but not least Wally who is the most spoiled of the bunch and insists on sleeping under the covers every night.

Growing up in North Andover, MA has allowed me to truly enjoy the beauty of the North Shore.  Working at a local candy store in town, frequenting the NA Youth Center and being part of the North Andover High School Soccer team has allowed me to contribute to the community and build life-long relationships.

After graduating from North Andover High School I attended the University of New Hampshire where I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing. I then went on to work for marketing firms assisting clients such as Unilever and IKEA.

After serving world-wide clients for several years it occurred to me that I missed the local community and one-on-one relationships I had built growing up.
