Jill is very knowledgeable about older homes and the surrounding community. She was extremely helpful and went above and beyond with my home sale and subsequent purchase. She even called the city hall prior to my closing to inquire about historical ordinances, as I plan to make some renovations. Where do I begin!! I met Jill by chance. She happened to be selling a house I was looking at in Amesbury. I am new to the area, so working with someone that was familiar with surrounding towns was important. But, what was more important was the connection. It was an absolute pleasure working with Madison and Tom during our experience buying a home for the first time. They supported us every step of the way with Madison taking the lead and Tom stepping in as needed to support us. Buying a home is an overwhelming process and Madison took the time to get to know us well and guide us through it. We had a very specific budget in mind and she understood exactly where we were coming from and guided us without ever pressuring us to do anything we felt would be a stretch. We went from learning we had to leave out apt on May 1 to moving in on June 6 with her guidance and some luck along the way. Madison and Tom also suggested a team of people to help with the process.
