Another cold spell is on our way, maybe even some of the white fluffy stuff. Some may think that the real estate market is quiet and slow, but that’s just not true! We here at Bentley’s Real Estate never cooled off from last Summer, with plenty of current listings, many priced under $500K (and much lower)!
